As an end-to-end logistics manager, we coordinate the entire supply chain, ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects in underserved regions. 

Refurbishment Process

We carefully monitor the refurbishment of donated devices to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Our skilled partners restore these devices to optimal condition, making them ready for use in educational and social projects.

Export/Import Management

The logistics of transporting refurbished devices to different parts of the world, particularly African countries, can be complex. We manage every aspect of the process, from securing transportation to navigating customs and ensuring timely delivery.

Distribution and Installation

Once the devices arrive at their destination, we coordinate with local partners to ensure they are distributed to the appropriate schools, healthcare facilities, and community centers.

Local Collection and Recycling

We are committed to promoting environmental sustainability. Our efforts include setting up local collection points for outdated or non-functional devices and facilitating their recycling, reducing e-waste and contributing to a cleaner environment.
